Top Ten Awards Eligibility

To be included in the Top Ten Developers / Architects 2026, a firm has to be commissioned as the Developer / Architect for a project reported in Hubexo’s LeadManager between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 at the “Main Contractor Awarded” stage. For architects, pre-tender stage projects are also included.

Projects are excluded if they have been “abandoned” or “deferred” during the reporting period.

Projects associated with Green Building Certification, as well as industrial, office, and hotel projects, will receive a higher rating from Hubexo. This weighting means that firms with these types of project portfolios will have a higher chance of making it into the Top Ten Awards.
