Architects go to great lengths to advocate and incorporate green materials and technologies into their design. Due to external factors, not all designs are constructed according to the original specifications. Despite this, we believe that the architects’ endeavour to create sustainable structures and to incorporate green specifications should still be recognised, rewarded and celebrated. Thus, we are now re-expanding the selection criteria to include projects from pre-tender to post tender stage developments.

Architecture firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects during the last full calendar year as weighted by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed green building ratings.

Projects can be counted a maximum of 2 times when it progresses from pre/post tender stage to main contract awarded stage in the subsequent year. This excludes “abandoned” and “deferred” projects during the reporting period.
